FIELD: medicine, particularly, emergency and short-term cardiac stimulation under conditions of outpatient care and special care ward. SUBSTANCE: method involves insertion of intracavitary electrode into heart followed by cardiac stimulation by electrical pulses; novelty consists in using acupuncture fine and long needle as intracavitary electrode; this needle pierces skin and anterior wall of chest from left side of fourth intercostal region: then needle is inserted in muscle of aortic ventricle of heart; electrical stimulation is performed with rectangular pulses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. |
