SUBSTANCE: the image converter has an input transparent electrode, first layer of dielectric, layer of photosemiconductor, second layer of dielectric and an output transparent electrode arranged in succession; the layers of the first and second dielectrics have aperture matrices filled with material of light filters and electro-optical material, respectively; the apertures of both matrices are planarly matched, and the dielectric constants of the first and second dielectric layers are lower than those of the material of light filters and electro-optical material.
