<p>A laminated or stratified glass comprises at least one glass layer, sheet, piece, or similar with at least one thermoplastic, generally transparent layer superimposed on at least one of its surfaces. According to the invention, the thermoplastic layer is made of a ionomeric or terionomeric resin. The invention also provides the layer made of ionomeric or terionomeric resin as being a coupling layer for at least one additional layer made of glass or other materials, such as a metal plate, sheet, foil, or net, a fibrous layer of the natural or synthetic type, like woven or not woven textile, mat, felt, paper, or similar, or a layer made of plastic material, like polycarbonates, or similar, or another glass plate. The invention also relates to two alternative methods for the fabrication of the laminated or stratified glass.</p> |
