FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: vibratory casting machine has base, drive shafts, vibratory propellers, intermediate bearings, working platform, two interconnected vibration lines making unified mechanism and operated by two drive shafts aligned one with respect to the other. Both vibration lines simultaneously generate and transmit to working platform components of compound vibration in two mutually perpendicular planes with stable motion dynamics and stable vibration characteristics due to vibratory propellers: sine-shaped annular track for component in vertical plane and eccentric on drive shaft for component in horizontal plane. Correlated and consistent operation of vibration lines is provided by intermediate bearings serving movable interface and connection zones for vibration lines. Vertical vibrations are created by forced lifting of working platform due to circular rolling of sine-shaped track by rollers with following free lowering, under the action of lifting force, upon lifting. Horizontal vibrations of working platform are provided by eccentricity of rotating eccentric. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved structure of cast product. |
