Spacer for sheet-like products and method of making it

A spacer element designed as a temporary insert between two laminated prods., which comprise a thermomelt material which can absorb shock and has an ability to adhere to one of the laminates to be separated. Also claimed, is the method of construction of the spacer. Pref. the surface of the separator presenting adhesive properties is re-activated by modification with heat or application of a similar material in liq. or viscous form. The material has a m.pt. lower than 250 degrees C. (more pref. 50-2000 degrees C), and comprises: 20 to 70% of a polymer or copolymer of polyethylene type with polar chain (EVA); 10 to 50% of a material of energy absorbent properties (styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer); 10 to 50% of a wax; and 10 to 40% of a paraffinic oil.
