摘要 FIELD: road and rail transport engineering; loose materials charging facilities. SUBSTANCE: horizontal plate with flexible hose is rigidly secured to hopper chute. Plate is provided with aspiration holes connected with exhaust fan. Lower portion of hose has light attachment in the form of hollow truncated cone or pyramid pointed with its small-section base downwards. When material is being loaded, slot clearance is formed between rising heap and attachment over its perimeter, air inflowing from atmosphere through this clearance. Rarefaction is built inside hose, and lifting force appears on walls of attachment. Attachment is lifted in synchronism with heap rising, thus compressing flexible hose into bellows. Attachment is hovering over heap surface with clearance depending on mass of hose and attachment, height of heap AND amounted of aspirated air. EFFECT: prevention of loose material dust from getting into atmosphere at variable height of material handled by means of system of aspiration without using special signalling systems and mechanical devices with electric or other type drive to follow loading level.
