The push-button includes a body (10) with a head (11) and a tube (12) centred about an axis (X1). The tube engages a hole (13b) provided in a control panel (13) on which the head rests. A base (20) is attached to the button tube on the other side of the panel. The base supports a removable module (30) which houses the push-button electrical contacts. The contact module includes an insulating casing (31) with two holes (34a,b) provided on its surface (33) for a tool access. Electrical connection conductors are inserted into the module via lateral holes (3a,b). Their extremities are held by connection screws (35).
