<p>An aspirating device, particularly for water-closets, having a tubular element (12) that is meant to be arranged on the upper rim of the opening (13) of the water-closet bowl (11), the inside portion of the tubular element (12) being connected to the inside of the bowl (11) by a plurality of suction ports (14) formed therein.
