FIELD: electric instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has code generator, which output is connected to input of digital-to- analog converter to be tested, and resistive divider, which two terminals are connected to output of reference digital-to-analog converter and common point through jumpers. Middle point and one terminal of resistive divider are connected to second input of comparison amplifier through jumper. This design results in possibility decrease requirements for reference digital-to-analog converter due to use method of halving voltage by means of resistive divider and compensation of error in generation of reference voltage by means of commutation methods of measuring and mathematical processing of signals. EFFECT: increased precision, simplified design. |
