The bioelectric discharger comprises a mechanical device applicable to shoe soles (2), and which is intended to set a connection between the human body of the user and the ground in order to provide for the discharge of static electricity accumulated in the user. The discharger is comprised of parts and/or elements (3) of high conductivity which are incorporated in the sole (2), but with their extremities flush with the inside of the shoe and with the external surface of the sole in order to connect the user's foot with the ground.
