FIELD: filtering arrangements. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arrangements for purifying liquids from foreign objects, more particularly, for separation of suspensions and may be used in a variety of areas. Filtering chamber contains casing, fitting to feed liquid medium and to discharge filtrate and sediments, filtering members with purifying mechanisms surrounding filtering members and being free to reciprocate is distinguished with the following features. Filtering members are made as a set of vertical porous cylindrical bodies with calibrated channels and a thickened border in their upper part. The members are directed downward with their bases, which are tightly fixed in cylindrical cells of metal supporting plate tightly mounted in the casing on an annular stop and pressed from above with a cellular pressing plate. The plates are interbound with couplings, and each filtering member is provided with mechanism to remove precipitate in the form of annular cleaning scraper made of elastic material. A back-blowing fitting is introduced into chamber. Fittings for loading liquid mixture and discharging precipitate are located in lower portion of chamber, and those for discharging filtrate and back blowing in its upper portion. Filtering member is advantageously made in the form of a conical tube widened in upward direction with cosine angle of order of 1 deg. EFFECT: improved design. |
