摘要 FIELD: rocket engines; relieving pressure from combustion chamber in an emergency; study of combustion and control of thrust. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has holder mounted on nozzle unit. Holder is used for closing the ports provided in nozzle unit. Holder is secured to housing by means of shear studs. Flange of holder has cone providing for centering of holder relative to housing of nozzle unit. In the course of thrust termination, cone forms circular wedge from stack of rings projecting inside housing; this wedge forms self-braking kinematic pair together with housing. Height of projection of rings are different smoothly increasing in way of motion of holder. Distance between rings is fixed by means of washers. Each ring projecting inside housing is provided with skew directed towards centering cone of holder whose surfaces are equidistant. proposed device makes it possible to predict impactless process of catching the holder of device, its smooth backward movement from initial position and impactless fixation of holder at the end of stroke. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
