The present invention relates to the building industry and may be used for restoring and preparing roofing made from bitumen-containing roll materials. This method may be used for restoring roofing while suppressing or minimising material losses and preventing fires. This operation can be carried out in any weather condition and with reduced labour. Once the section of the roofing to be restored has been cleaned, it is coated with a plasticizer. Channels are then formed in the depth of the roofing to be restored, and the entire outer surface of the section to be restored is heated in an enclosed air volume before being compacted. |
