Invention belongs to construction industry. The goal of this invention is the improvement of product quality and its decorative properties. The piece of equipment consists of two rolling drums (1, 2). The upper drum (1) installed above the work bench (3) has an embossed surface, and the surface of the lower drum (2) is smooth. To maintain the heat of the drums (1, 2) there are installed screens (4, 5) which cover the cylinder surfaces of the drums, excluding the gap between the drums, and screens (6, 7) which cover the bottom surfaces. Screens (4, 6) are tightened to the support (8), which is installed in the body of the device (9). Another support (10), a tube with a cross-section that is of rectangle or oval shape, is also tightened to the body of the device (9) and is designed to tighten another tube (11), which also has a cross-section of rectangle or oval shape, and to which screens (5, 7) are connected. In the inner parts of each of the drums (1, 2) there are installed four heating elements (12), connected in series and to the power mains. Control of the device is maintained through a control unit (14). In the pressing and bonding area, between the rolling drums (1, 2) at a temperature from 180 to 200 degrees C, decorative paper is bonded to both sides of a timber panel and in the upper part of the timber panel an embossed surface is produced from decorative paper. |
