FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: oven comprises cylindrical combustion chamber 9 with holes, and reflecting cone arranged in open end of combustion chamber and forming with it radial clearance for gas release. Gaseous combustion products, received in combustion chamber, are passed through holes, mixed with gases returning from baking conveyors 3, and circulated around combustion chamber 9. Resulting gaseous mixture passes through narrow hole made in partition into expansion chamber and from it to baking conveyors 3. Number of baking conveyors and their position inside baking chamber may be changed. Modules are used for assembly, and each of them has corresponding baking conveyor 3 and connecting plate. Modules are interconnected by means of attachment of connecting plates to each other with screws or transverse plates in order to form end wall of baking chamber. Oven is provided with partition separated discharge and suction collectors. Partition has holes coinciding with holes through which gaseous mixture enters baking conveyors 3. Holes are provided with baffles for regulating consumption of gaseous mixture. EFFECT: improved mixing of gaseous combustion products with return gases. 1 dwg |
