A dispersing system for loose solid material comprises a vessel (A) with a cover (C) closing a funnel-shape chamber (F) and connected to a central member (D). The funnel shaped chamber has a discharge opening (B). The cover is provided with one or more inlet openings (E) through which the solid substances fall by gravity from a stored amount into the funnel-shaped chamber (F). In this way part of the funnel-shaped chamber (F) is filled up with the medium. In the central member (D) there are one or more ingresses like openings or grooves (G). When the apparatus is in standstill, the relative position of the inlet(s) in the cover(C) and the ingress(es) in the central member (D) is such that no material falls out of the chamber through discharge opening (B). When the cover (C) and the central member (D) are rotationally moving within the chamber, solid material flows into the funnel-shaped chamber (F) via the inlets (E) in the cover (C). By further moving the central member (D), the solid material which is caught in the funnel shaped chamber (F) is conveyed via the ingresses in the central member (D) to the discharge opening (B) where it flows out.
|
