SUBSTANCE: steam-gas plant comprises gas-turbine unit, steam-turbine unit, boiler-utilizer, water heat exchanger, chimney, gas ducts, air ducts, and pipe lines for steam and water. The additional gas by-pass provided with an additional steam superheater and burner unit connects the exhaust of gas-turbine unit with the inlet of the boiler-utilizer.
