FIELD: instruments, in particular, devices which measure high voltage in second anode of kinescopes for manufacturing and repair of TV sets. SUBSTANCE: device has commutator, current detector, amplifier, which output is connected to light emitter, which optical output is connected to photodetector, which output is connected to amplifier which is connected to measuring unit. In addition device has transformer which has power supply and feeding windings, voltage-to-frequency converter, which is connected between current detector and amplifier, voltage-to-frequency converter, which is connected between amplifier and measuring unit. Conversion unit housing is made from insulation material which is transparent to light. commutator provides possibility to be inserted in gap of measured current circuit, for example to power supply circuit of second anode of kinescope. Power supply winding of transformer is designed as wire with high-voltage insulation. Light emitter, optical channel and photodetector use infrared light. Device provides possibility to measure voltage and current in circuits which are supplied by voltage up to 30 kV. Specific error in current measurement is not greater than 2 %, error in voltage measurement is not greater than 2 %. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
