FIELD: securities. SUBSTANCE: device has listing unit, sheet selection unit which is designed as one or several rotating friction rollers, and pressing unit which is located at upper part of rollers. In addition device has tray for sheet damping and sheet counter. In addition device has quencher which is designed as at least one plate which one end is rigidly attached on side of rollers at level which is not lower than their shaft and which another end is located at tray bottom on side which is opposite to rollers. Quencher is mounted for movement in vertical direction. Bottom of tray for damping sheets may slope in direction of rollers. In this case lower part of tray bottom is located between its upper part and rollers at level below shafts of rollers. Loose end of quencher plate in this is located in upper part of tray bottom. Pressing unit of sheet selection unit may be designed as at least two plates which are located at upper part of rollers and spaced by distance a from their shafts. Said distance conform to condition of a≅r+t, where r is radius of peripheral surface of rollers and t is sheet thickness. Input edges of plates of pressing unit are displaced in direction which is opposite to sheet movement direction, so that wedge-shaped input space for sheet entry is provided between plates and peripheral surface. In addition device may have stopper which is designed as plate which one end is attached on upper side of rollers and another end is located above middle part of bottom of sheet damping tray.
