FIELD: foundry, in particular, injection casting of metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: mold has cover half and bush positioned within cover half and joined with its conical part to splitter mounted within ejector half. Pressing chamber is positioned in die-casting machine and joined with its mounting diameter and end to bush, with pressing chamber and bush joint being positioned adjacent to conical portion along which bush is joined with splitter. EFFECT: improved casting quality, reduced labor intensity and simplified maintenance of injection mold. |
