PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve substances sterilized with steam under the most-suitable re-usable state by a method wherein there are provided a connecting means capable of removing a specified box main body and a lid of the box, and an opening capable of causing an inner space of the closed box to be communicated with surrounding environment. SOLUTION: Liquid substance D is put into a jar 3 and a substance 1 is placed in a storing container 14 of a flask 13. Then, the jar 3 is placed in a storing container 24 and it is prevented from being moved in it in a lateral direction and in an axial direction. Then a capsule 8 is placed on a surface 6 of a bearing in such a way that a lid 31 of the box can be placed and after this state, an inclined substance 41 and a groove 42 are combined to each other. Under this state, the assembly is operated and sterilizing process is safely applied and at the same time the packing 2 is protected against striking action, shock and deterioration and the like. Further, in the case of performing a sterilization process, spaces 51 and 17 are kept at vacuum state through an opening 50, its temperature is increased to generate wet saturated vapor in the space 17. |
