PURPOSE: To form a flat portion of a wire harness following wiring work to simplify a manufacture process for the wire harness, by performing the wiring of an electric wire while passing an electric wire into a pair of comb-like jigs arranged in an opposite condition. CONSTITUTION: Comb-like jigs 23 and 24 are interlockedly rotated so that an interval D, to an electric wire insertion direction X between teeth 23c and 24c and an orthogonal direction Y, can become the largest. At that time, ' comb teeth parts 23b and 24b of the jigs 23 and 24 are positioned in a direction orthogonal to the direction X. Then, while passing an electric wire 33 one by one into a void S between the teeth 23c and 24c of the jig 23 and 24, the electric wire 33 is inserted into a U-shaped jig 26 along a wiring path shown in a wiring figure plate 22 to perform the wiring work of the electric wire 33. Consequently, a section, wherein the electric wire 33 is passed into the jigs 23 and 24, becomes a flat portion 34 where the electric wires 33 are a line aligned in parallel. |
