<p>PURPOSE: To promote combustion of carbonous constituents so as to regenerate an exhaust gas filter based on a stable catalyst without respect to an engine operating condition in an exhaust gas filter regenerating device in which particulates discharged from a diesel engine are collected so as to be burnt by using the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A means 6 which feeds a large quantity of hydrocarbon constituents during regeneration of a filter 1 is arranged, and combustion heat of the supplied hydrocarbon constituents is used so as to burn carbonous constituents. For promoting combustion of the carbonous constituents, one kind of substance in platinum, vanadium, manganese, and chromium is used as a catalyst.</p> |
