PURPOSE: To provide a polyethylene resin laminate bag having a slide fastener which is excellent in transparency and airtightness and an airtight bag for storing clothes or a comforter which has excellent transparency. CONSTITUTION: A slide fastener, made of a synthetic resin, which consists of a male claw and a female claw, is formed along the opening part of a bag body composed of a laminate comprising: a core layer comprising a resin composition of 50-100wt.% high-density polyethylene, whose density is 0.94g/cm<3> or higher, and 50wt.% or less at least one type of ethylene (co)polymer chosen between an ethylene.α-olefin copolymer and an ethylene (co)polymer produced by a high-pressure radical polymerization method, whose density are lower than 0.86-0.94g/cm<3> ; and internal and external layers comprising an ethylene (co)polymer.
