PURPOSE: To eliminate complexity to erase descriptive information at every input and to read a sheet smoothly by masking after reading the descriptive information on an information input sheet and outputting a new information input sheet. CONSTITUTION: Image information read by a reader part 1 is recorded on the memory 506 of a file part 5, and it is judged whether or not it is a mark sheet by pattern matching by a CPU 516. When it is the mark sheet, the content of each setting column is deciphered sequentially, and masking is applied by replacing to the ground color of the mark sheet after deciphering is completed. Moreover, the CPU 516 reads out masked image data from the memory 506, and outputs it as a new mark sheet by a printer part 2. In this way, the new mark sheet is used even when the similar information input operation is performed again, which saves the handling time to erase a descriptive content on an old used mark sheet. Also, it is possible to exclude mis-judgement due to the deterioration of the mark sheet or feeder jamming, and a smooth operation is secured. |
