A valve (12) closes the closure device (3) and is operable by a sensor (9). The sensor and the closure are coupled by mechanical components (8,25,27) which can free the movement of the valve. The valve can move under the influence of a spring (19). The valve can be held in the opened state with a mechanical bolt (22). The mechanical components by means of which the closure device and the sensor are coupled incorporate a draw cable fitted between the sensor and the bolt.The sensor comprises thread or foil-form material (36), which on a lose strength under the influence of the leakage. The sensor incorporates a spring (33) which after the breaking or tearing of the thread or foil-form material can exert a force on the draw cable, unbolting the closure device.
