The rotating cutter disc is used for stripping wall surfaces and esp. For removing layers of plaster of other rendering. The cutting teeth on the circular end face of the cutter disc are set in an axial line to engage the wall in a circular pattern. The unit incorporating the disc is attachable to a guided sliding carriage with all-round movement parallel to the wall. The sliding carriage may be guided by a frame comprising two or more vertical rods fixed between floor and ceiling. A carrier travels up and down, for the sliding carriage.
