PURPOSE: To provide a wavelength-variable laser oscillator which can alternately emits lightλon and lightλoff in one oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A parametric oscillator consists of a laser light source 11, OPO crystal 13, diffraction grating 15, total reflection mirror 12 and output mirror 14. Deviation angle prisms 1, 2 having the same apex are disposed in the entrance side and exit side of the OPO crystal 13 in such a manner that these prisms can be easily inserted in the optical path or removed and that the direction of apexes are opposite to each other. By this constitution, the incident angle of laser light to the OPO crystal 13 is changed by the prism 1 and the oscillation wavelength is changed. However, since the prism 2 is disposed with the apex in the opposite direction, the direction of output light is not changed. |
