PURPOSE: To ensure proper correction operation to a malfunction associated with overhigh/overlow fire furnace gas temperature by comparing an actually measured value of the fire furnace temperature and a reference value, and adjusting a burner combustion state and a fuel amount, etc., with a component for each frequency band corresponding to a variation factor of each fire furnace gas temperature. CONSTITUTION: A fire furnace gas temperature target value signal 120 is calculated using a parameter equipped function element 201. There is fed to a deviation component separation unit 202 a deviation between the fire furnace gas temperature target value signal 120 calculated by a signal subtraction element 121 and a fire furnace as temperature measured valueθg . The deviation is divided to frequency components having periods of several seconds or lower, about several tens seconds, about several tens minutes, and about several hours. There are estimated and adjusted in order on the basis of variations of each component a combustion air correction signal 203, a fuel loading amount correction signal, a soot blower start instruction signal 205, and a fuel property parameter 206.
