<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large aperture at a sole region of a metallic head by forming a ceramic shell around a wax shell covering a core main body, removing the wax shell by melting the wax to form an opening gap between the ceramic shell and the core main body, and casting molten metal into the gas. SOLUTION: A core 10 covered by a wax shell 11 is made of ceramic material. A ceramic shell 12 is formed around wax shell 11 by plural times of immersion in ceramic slurry and making slurry be a continuous layer. Then, the wax shell 11 is removed by melting the wax to form an opening gap 13 between the ceramic shell 12 and core main body 10. Thereafter, molten metal 14 is cast into the opening gap 13. The fragile ceramic shell 12 is removed by a method of separating the same from a solidified metallic wall structure due to the configuration metallic shell 30, and the core main body 10 is removed from the interior of the metallic shell 30 via a port 16 formed in a rear wall 23.</p> |
