<p>PURPOSE: To effectively recover both a resin and a metal sheet by treating a rain trough made of a resin with a metal core formed by coating both faces of the metal sheet with the resin with a release agent for swelling the resin and thereafter peeling off the resin from the metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: A rain trough A made of a resin with a metal core is prepd. in such a way that a metal sheet 1 is extrusion-molded in a bent state with a circular arc crosssection and the both faces of the metal sheet is coated with a film of a resin 2 such as polyvinyl chloride resin and a lug part 3 of the resin 2 is provided on the outside part from both side end edge of the metal sheet 1. In addition, this rain trough A made of the resin with the metal core is immersed into a release agent or is sprayed with the release agent to impregnate the resin 2 with the release agent. In this case, if the lug part where there exists no metal sheet 1 is removed by cutting before treatment, the release agent can be penetrated into the resin 2. Adhesiveness of the metal sheet 1 to the resin 2 is deteriorated thereby and the resin 2 can be easily peeled off from the metal sheet 1.</p> |
