<p>PURPOSE: To correct data discriminated as errors in the process of a processing for decoding encoded video data in a digital video recorder system. CONSTITUTION: The data of prescribed bits and error flag signals are outputted from an error correction decoding part 10 and present data and the data of one frame before are selected in a block data selection part 20 corresponding to the level of the error flag signals. The selected and outputted data are separated into luminance and chrominance blocks and decoded in a block data decoding part 30 and address signals for recognizing picture element positions corresponding to an error flag and control signals corresponding to them are outputted from an address and control signal generation part 40. Then, the data from the block data decoding part are stored in a line memory part 50 and output from the line memory part is filtered in a filtering data selection part 60. Thus, error data are replaced with the video data of one frame before, the video data including chrominance signals are replaced and the boundary effect of the video data is prevented.</p> |
