PURPOSE: To restrain heel and toe wear of a tire with a tread pattern having low inclination grooves of directionality. CONSTITUTION: Low inclination grooves 1 having directionality at an angle of about 5 to 30 degrees with a peripheral direction, and high inclination grooves 2 having directionality at an angle of about 45 to 90 degrees with the peripheral direction are arranged, and in addition, the grooves 1 have larger peripheral intervals than the grooves 2. A block is formed out of the grooves 1 and 2. In addition, lateral sipes 3 are arranged at intervals on the block so made. Also, the lateral sipes 3 extends in such a state as inclined toward the toe side of the block relative to a tire meridian at least in a tread outer zone S from a position about 50% of a distance from a pattern center to both tread ends, up to both tread ends. |
