INFORMATION READER ON INDIVIDUAL ANIMAL

PURPOSE: To provide equipment for controlling information on distinguishing individual animals which can allow animals to pass through the reading gate without giving the animals a sensation of fear, can be inexpensively installed with high reading accuracy and can be lowered the management costs such as repair and cleaning. CONSTITUTION: This equipment comprises the information-reading gate through which animals pass, animal-distinguishing marks in which the information on individual animals is recorded and fitted each to individual animals and an antenna which reads out the information for distinguishing individual animals. This antenna is composed of a plate made of a flexible material and a transmitting and receiving coil mounted to the flexible printed board formed on the whole surface of the plate and the antenna is mounted to the gate.
