PURPOSE: To provide a simple arginine sensor which can measure in real time. CONSTITUTION: The sensor is provided with an enzyme-fixed film 10 consisting of a porous glass film to which an arginase 22 and a urease 24 are fixed, and a silver chloride electrode 12 for detecting ammonium generated at the enzyme- fixed film 10. An ammonium-selecting/passing film 14 of a polyvinyl chloride film including nanocutin is interposed between the enzyme-fixed film 10 and the silver chloride electrode 12. |
