<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a short circuit between electrodes and to adjust the capacitances of a resistor and a capacitor under the state of a substrate by subdividing a region into the forming regions corresponding to the regions of rectangular electronic components with a longitudinal groove and lateral grooves, and forming blank regions, which are not overlapped on the longitudinal groove near both end parts, which are overlapped with the longitudinal groove in facing conductor layers in the forming regions. CONSTITUTION: A region is subdivided into forming regions 4 corresponding to the region of an electronic component in one planar-view rectangular shape with a longitudinal groove 2 and lateral grooves 3 in the surface of a substrate 1. Conductor layers 6, which are independent between neighboring forming regions 4 in the longitudinal direction of the subdivided forming regions 4 and strides on both sides of the longitudinal groove 2, are provided so as to face at both end parts 6A of the forming regions 4 as the thick film. Blank regions 6B, which are not overlapped with the longitudinal groove 2 are formed in the vicinity of both end parts 6A, which are overlapped with the longitudinal groove 2, in the conductor layers 6 facing the forming regions 4. Thus a short circuit between the electrodes is prevented, and the capacitances of a resistor and a capacitor can be adjusted in the substrate state.</p> |
