PURPOSE: To cut down the assembly man-hours and costs and ensure a satisfactory strength against a load on a wall by integrally molding two or more mounts to attach a back panel into one piece with an inside easing that is an injection-molded item of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A casing of a refrigerating machine for a refrigerating container has a heat-insulated double-wall construction and its inside casing 10 is an injection-molded item of synthetic resin. Two or more spacers 11 to maintain a space between the inside casing 10 and a metallic outside casing and stays 14 to form cold air paths between a back panel 8 and the inside casing 10 are molded as integral parts of the inside casing 10, and the spacers 11 and the stays 14 intersect each other and mounts 22 to attach the back panel 8 are formed at the intersections. Thereby, the load working on the back panel 8 is surely transmitted to the metallic outside casing and the count of parts and the assembly man-hours can be reduced.
