INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM OF OIL FACTORY

PURPOSE: To provide an integrated control system of an oil factory which is capable of realizing the enhancement of the efficiency as the whole of the oil factory and attaining the further increase of benefit and the reduction of cost. CONSTITUTION: An integrated control system 1 is provided with an operation control means 10 controlling the operation of the facility equipment 40 of an oil factory, an equipment control means 20 controlling the state of the facility equipment 40 and a production control means 30 controlling the production of the oil products by the facility equipment 40. Because each control means 10, 20 and 30 performs each control by mutually utilizing the operation control information, the facility equipment control information and production control information which are obtained by each control means, each control can be performed by adding other control status and the enhancement of the efficiency as the whole of the oil factory is achieved.
