摘要 PURPOSE: To improve building change efficiency more by managing the presence place of building change materials and the start time of a next process by a computer and judging whether or not the loading weight of a truck is acceptable. CONSTITUTION: For loading building change which is carried out while materials are loaded at respective buildings 1A to 1C, the building of the earliest start time of a next process is selected out of routes registered in a computer 7 and a destination is indicated so that the truck 4 is loaded up to its maximum loading weight. For unloading building change which is performed while materials loaded at an origin building are unloaded, the destination building of the materials 3 is recognized at the time of loading and the building which is the closest to the current position is indicated as a destination. For triangular building change which is carried out while loading and unloading are performed at the same time, a destination is indicated so that materials 3 differing in the end time of a previous process and the start time of a next process can be loaded and unloaded in the order of processes. Consequently, the building changing efficiency can be improved more.
