PURPOSE: To precisely and accurately measure a composition of ion brine in an ion salt processing plant, calcium ion concentrations of original brine and purified brine in a solution reproduction plant by an in-line manner in real time and to facilitate calibration work for electrode. CONSTITUTION: A body 1 comprises electric ball valves 4A-4H, a tandem-type solution supplying pump 5, a pH adjusting pump 6, standard solution tanks 7A-7D, washing water tanks 8A, 8B, an NaOH solution tank 9. The electric ball valves 4A-4J, solution supplying pump 5, pH adjusting pump 6 are controlled by a controller 3. Ion selection electrodes 10A-10D and reference electrodes 11A-11D are fixed to measurement cells 2A, 2B, respectively. In a first step, washing water is introduced into the measurement cells 2A, 2B to wash the measurement cells. A standard solution is supplied to the measurement cells 2A, 2B to calibrate a detection line. A measurement solution and an NaOH solution are supplied to the measurement cells to measure a composition by adjusting a pH value thereof. |
