PURPOSE: To provide an optical film having a sticky layer durable against the use in a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere at a high level of a sticky surface via a sticky layer at the film and a liquid crystal display cell, and a liquid crystal display device obtained by sticking the film to the surface of the cell. CONSTITUTION: The optical film has a sticky layer, which is formed of at least two composite layers of bonding agent layers having different elastic moduluses. The bonding agent layer having the highest elastic modulus for forming the composite layer is formed on the outermost layer of the film, and the film is stuck on the surface of a liquid crystal display cell via the bonding layer layer of the outermost layer. |
