PURPOSE: To obtain the information of a communication system of a kind without spoiling outward appearances by putting a light receiver and a light transmitter in the cases of the fender markers of a fender so that light signals can be received and transmitted respectively. CONSTITUTION: The light transmitter which receives the light signal for the information communication system is put in the case of the right fender marker 21a and the light transmitter is put in the case of the left fender marker 21b. The light transmitter is put in the case of the fender marker 21b of an automobile 6 and the light receiver is put in the case of the right fender marker 21a; and the both are at a large distance from each other and arranged in lateral relation, so the light signal sent out of the light transmitter hardly reaches the light receiver. Then an information processor is prevented from generating wrong information by being supplied with a wrong signal owing to the reception of the light signal from the light transmitter by the light receiver.
