The height adjustable universal creeper apparatus comprises a moveable base; an elongate height adjustable device to raise and lower a cushioned platform fixedly fastened to a rectangular frame which is securely mounted upon the height adjustable device; a ladder securely attached perpendicular to a long post and spaced apart along the length of the long post for the user to climb upon to board the platform; and a tray slidably mounted below the platform near a terminal end of the frame and having a compartment to conveniently store tools, accessories, or the like for the user working from upon the platform. The height adjustable creeper apparatus is very versatile and can be easily adjusted above hard-to-reach work areas such as engine compartments of vehicles and the like or can be adjusted to be used beneath the work area such as beneath a vehicle or the like.
