SOUND VOLUME ADJUSTING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: To easily adjust sound volume by providing this sound volume adjusting device with a sound volume judging/controlling means for increasing/ reducing the level of the sound volume in accordance with the judged result of key depression time. CONSTITUTION: The sound volume adjusting device for a portable telephone set is provided with a volume key 7, a control part 9 for judging whether key depression time is more than a previously qualified upper limit or not in each depression of the key 7 and a the control part 9 and an electronic volume 11 for increasing the sound value to a previously set level when the depression time is less than the upper limit as the judged result of the control part 9 and reducing sound volume by integer times of one level value in accordance with the depression time when the depression time is longer than the upper limit.
