<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a thermal type flowmeter of which resistance to radio interference noise is improved and of which product cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular shielding plate 28d expanding a terminal 28a connected to a minus terminal of a supply voltage impressed from outside is formed for the terminal 28a and a ribbon part 28e extending like a ribbon is formed for this shield plate 28d. The terminal 28a is connected to the ground of a reference potential of a control circuit constructed in a circuit part 13, through the shielding plate 28d and the ribbon part 28e. The shielding plate 28d covers about a half of the base plate part 25a of a circuit case 25 and ribbon parts 29a, 29b, 29c and 29d are held by the shielding plate 28d and the base plate part 25a between them with a prescribed spacing ensured between these ribbon parts. By this constitution, radio interference noise or the like coming from outside can be made to escape to the ground side by the base plate part 25a and the shielding plate 28d.</p> |
