PURPOSE: To provide a correcting apparatus simplifying and reducing in cost and improving its working efficiency by correcting the harmful deformation generated at the bottom wall of a synthetic resin vessel. CONSTITUTION: The correcting apparatus for a synthetic resin vessel comprises a heating section 30, a cooling section 40, and driving means 20 disposed under the sections 30, 40. The section 30 has a movable heating platen 32 capable of placing the inner surface of the bottom wall of the vessel of an inverted state, and a stationary heating platen 35 fixed above the platen 32. The section 40 has a movable plate 43 capable of placing the inner surface of the bottom wall of the vessel 1 of the inverted state, and a water tank 45 fixed above the plate 42. The means 20 has an elevating mechanism 21 for vertically movably supporting the platen 32 and the plate 42, and a single fluid pressure cylinder 26 for operating the mechanism 21 and vertically moving the platen 32 and the plate 42. |
