PURPOSE: To provide a device for previously notifying life of a storage battery which is applicable even when lead storage batteries respectively having a different life characteristic are used by previously setting a correction factor. CONSTITUTION: The surface temperature data 15 of a storage battery is continuously measured by a microprocessor 7, and at the same time an average temperature is computed. The data of a memory is referred to from the average temperature, and the value of multiplying the number of the standard life year (YL) by a correction factor (f) is adopted as the number of life year, and the remaining number of life year (YL×f-YPST) is sought from the number of elapsed year (YPST) after the storage battery is installed. |
