CONSTITUTION: The magnetic stripes 4 are wound around a first roll 1. The scratching resistant protective layer 5 formed by curing or half-curing the resin applied thereon by a UV irradiation mechanism 9 is inserted together with a thermoplastic resin extruded from a Tee die between the first roll 1 and a second roll 2 and is pressurized and cooled, to cure the thermosetting resin The magnetic stripes 4 and the scratching resistant protective layer 5 are integrated onto one surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet and rugged preformat patterns are transferred on the other surface of the sheet and are molded as a molded sheet 8.
