PURPOSE: To mold a cap at a low cost wherein occurrence of a flow mark near a gate is reduced without impairing an appearance by a method wherein a circular projected part of a diameter larger than that of the gate is provided in opposition to the gate on an opposed surface to the gate in a movable side mold. CONSTITUTION: A circular projected part 20 of a diameter larger than that of a gate 2 is provided in opposition to the gate 2 on an opposed surface to the gate 2 in a movable side mold 8 in a cap injection mold 10. The circular projected part 20 is provided at an almost central part on a tip surface 22 of a center core 12 of the movable mold. Then, a central position C of the circular projected part 20 is made to conform almost to a central position C' of the gate 2 opposed to the circular projected part 20. Therefore, a space of a cavity 24 near the gate 2 is decreased, and molten resin emitted out from the gate 2 flows to the other part filling an inside of the cavity 24 without rebounding in the cavity 24. |
