PURPOSE: To obtain a therapeutic agent for diseases in the superior gastric tract, e.g. gastric ulcer with Helicobacter pylori. CONSTITUTION: This therapeutic agent for diseases in the superior gastric tract contains at least one selected from the group consisting of synthetic aluminum silicate, natural aluminum silicate and dried aluminum hydroxide gel and further at least one selected from the group consisting of aβ-lactam-based antibiotic substance, a macrolide-based antibiotic substance, a nitroimidazole-based antimicrobial agent, an inhibitor of proton pumps and an H2 -receptor antagonistic agent. |
